@1BlackCotton it does but not like other exercise, this is more like a cardio since chest is in a constant movement, i had 16% fat this reduced a bit so it wirked well on me, it took me to 15.6%
I have a question, this type of workout you can build some muscles too? Because i see involves a lot of muscle work too... is not regular cardio like jumping rope or just running... more stress on your body.. some1 can answare me? Thx :D
@JDFS22 just trying to help the guy out..(not like he reads these....well.maybe idk...Mike the Situation looks retarded as hell without that neck..lol..i see a ton of dudes at the gym with no neck and it looks funny..like even an old man in his 80s can snap their neck...but if i notice it..others notice it. i can understand ur being nice. he's a man he can take criticism. he probably won't take my advice. cuz what do i know..i dont have my own fitness channel.
@JDFS22 Okay..sorry i offended you.....thank you for voicing your opinion as well....we can agree to disagree :-P ...then again i do have 20/20 vision and my depth perception is 100% accurate. I used to look like him....i did a shit load of push ups and noticed my forearms were not involved in push ups...so i started lifting weights (bi-cep curls) and wrist rotations and wrist lifts....i noticed i didnt look fulfilling in my t-shirts from the neck face area.....luckily we have a neck machine....
