Baltovich had nothing to do with the murder. Forensics and alibis (verified by police) proved his innocence. The Crown and Police hid evidence that proved his innocence also. They are being sued for that presently. The reason the Crown admitted no evidence is that the trial would have publicly exposed the Crown and police and Baltovichs innocence. He is a proven innocent man, and that is a fact. thank you

@dawgawful omg...no that's not what I'm saying...you don't know what they found in that car...I'm not a forensic scientist but for the police to make a bold statement like that, they clearly had something that pointed to that fact.

@dawgawful anyone can write a book on their opinion...do you think the police release all their findings to the public? there must be something the police know that would have them conclude she wasn't raped.

@KingKingston excuse me? just because a jury of your peers finds you innocent doesn't mean you didn't do it..it means there wasn't enough evidence pointing at you...so everyone found not guilty is innocent in your mind? talk about blind ideology.

Also @Toner283 , I've read the Derek Finkle book... It is clear that the author believed in Rob's innocence... Keep in mind a book could probably be written to portray him as guilty. It's really just the author's opinion. That said, I am with Rob Baltovich, I don't think he had anything to do with Elizabeth Bain's disappearance, but my opinion is not just based on a book...

@ascopes1 'Just because he was found not guilty, doesn't make him innocent.' - What country do you live in? Surely you've heard of 'Innocent until proven guilty'? So you couldn't be more wrong... He was found not guilty, he IS innocent.
