Saw her as Costanza in Griselda last week at the Santa Fe opera and she was undoubtedly the standout in the performance. Her voice shimmered and sizzled. A really captivating physical and musical presence.

Attended Giulio Cesare at the Paris Opera yesterday night and while looking forward to finally hearing Natalie Dessay live as Cleoptra, I ended up leaving alsmost in love with Isabel Leonard's performance: perfect physical casting, 100% Haendel and deeply moving. I predict a huge and lasting career - and I certainly hope for it!
