  • Yes fluid movement between individual techniques is essential in CLF forms and fighting. Basic training will break down moves to insure the beginner student understands the individual power and body connection of each technique.

  • Is this Chan family Choy Lee Fut? It looks a bit different.

  • hes not asian so i cant take him seriously

  • CLF forms practice is vastly different to CLF sanda. I teach only free fighting and that involves fluid motion. The gwa choy must flow as one movement, even though it is three techniques. I see forms which break down the combination, emphasizing each technique and not the flow.

    Is this a deliberate act from the ancestors to hide the secret of our fighting techniques?
