This watch is inspired by the Borg stasis alkoven displays used in Star Trek. Plasma discs are already available in 7cm diameter, rarely smaller, so the biggest challenge for this watch would be the size. Combining it with an analog watch is already possible.

The plasma light is used as extraordinary backlight. It is off normally, but can be switched on for a short or a longer time. The latter option would be cool in a club. Additional LEDs light up the translucent acetate edges of the straps which guide the light with a fibre optic effect.

This is a watch for active people, so the exact opposite of the inspiring stasis function. It's a sporty and squirrely watch which stays elegant and fashionable at the same time.

Resistance is futile.

  • I´d like to order the green version and i demand it exclusively for myself. The Borg Queen of Unimatrix Zero could make great use of it indeed... ;-)
