Osama dead! Way to go CIA!
So sorry Hamas creeps. You'd better look over your shoulders and pull down the shades, you may be next.
-
... This activism clearly does annoy you (I have no idea if your a left-wing jew...) then your right, how could any further progress be made? It can't.
-
"If the factional militancy of FoPSoc annoys left-wing Jews then how could they possibly harbour hopes of promoting the idea of two-states to hardline rightists?" That's the thing even though I don't agree with the term "factional militancy" (paints FoP out as some irrational nutters - an unconscious tactic maybe?), what you consider to be "factional militancy" and I FoP and others would just regard as activism for justice, freedom and adherence to International law.

@alexzatman I'm Jazz... Although I don't think we have ever had the pleasure of meeting... If we have I apologise because I don't recall it. It's true I do love everybody in this world, even the police whom I don't know and have arrested many of my friends but I still love their humanity and individuality as people.
Because I don't think I know you, I guess I can't claim to have heard you speak in favour of a Palestinian state either... but you do raise an important point:
-
@puturmomainaheadlock Their tactics may offer them the self-promotion and ego-stroking they crave, but they are certainly not interested in the plight of the Palestinian people as far as I can see. Why would they promote Gilad Atzmon otherwise? Why would one of their leaders have a FB profile picture of a Hamas rally otherwise?
-
@puturmomainaheadlock Dude, don't remain anonymous. It'd be nice to know who I'm actually courting here! I'm not very good at reserve. I don't like Ed(d). Also if you do indeed 'love me as a human' you'd know that I can often be heard making the case for a Palestinian state. If the factional militancy of FoPSoc annoys left-wing Jews then how could they possibly harbour hopes of promoting the idea of two-states to hardline rightists?

@mbpebham No I'm from Baghdad, actually.

Unable to attach You tube link, Pls, search for "The Palestinian wall of lies", the video is there.
-
Why so? Cause Israel offered to give those areas back to Egypt and Jordan and they refused! 32 years for Gaza and 17 years for the West Bank - not occupied, and that’s by definition!
-
Although no one gave serious answers to my former questions, I invite you all to see the video in the link and to answer one more question. I say the claim that Gaza and West Bank are occupied territories is a lie. Before 1967 Gaza was a part of Egypt, and the West Bank was a part of Jordan. I say that since 1979 when Israel signed a peace treat with Egypt, and since 1994 when Israel signed a peace treat with Jordan, both area are areas in dispute (which is far different from occupied). ..

I think the comments below succinctly summarise the video and the groundless arguments and dislikes it has received. I would assume that all the ill-informed who have commented have left this page but if you're reading this, off you go...
-
@kam1990mood When has anybody ever had a leaflet saying this? And when have we ever argued this is what jsoc stands for?
-
@jesslevine1 In what way is this ignorance. In what way were we not arguing for peace please expand...
-
Respond to this video... @jakehy44
Second Israel has continues to ignore a whole host of International Law and obligations.
Can you deny either of these claims?
Finally DON'T LIE name or point out or provide evidence for one single terrorist slogan chanted... YOU CAN'T BECAUSE THERE WASN'T ANY! If you ever had the courage to say this to my face you would be liable.
-
The argument is simple, I don't deny that those are heinous crimes against humanity, they are. However the greatest crimes lie with Israel.
The issue is two fold, one when a state exercises un-proportional violence either in response or first. The key is PROPORTIONALITY and I believe Israel is causing DISPROPORTIONALLY more civilian casualties/ deaths and general repression. Therefore I believe activism should focus on the those who are causing the MOST pain and suffering. Israel

@77klman 'rot in hell'? I didn't think that about you.... Is it because i know "NOTHING"? please enlighten all of us with your wisdom. A problem shared is a problem halved after all.
-
@alexzatman hahaha Zatman... Edd a bit under your skin is he? Don't let your bitterness against those arguing the case for Palestinian rights eat you up, despite our differences concerning stuff just remember i love you as a human!
-
@ey111 Riiiiight... IDF is really 'humanic' killing all those Gazan children, occupying a people for 60 years oh and to boot jumping on a charity ship and killing 9 people... really 'humanic'.
-
@goodvaybs Are you aware uob students can formulate sentences and grammar? And to your questions 1) Yes 2) Yes 3) Yes 4) Yes 5) Yes On what account am I ignorant or foolish according to your own highly accredited survey?
-
@goodvaybs we don't necessarily defend the actions of the british state at home or abroad, why do you assume so? most of us (if not all) were against the wars in iraq and afghanistan, and so on. likewise, this protest wasn't an attack on the normal citizens of israel, but the actions of the israeli state.
LOL at the 32 Zios Disliking this video ... shouldn't they be like planning next Cast Lead with Bibi?

excellent action - it is a sad thought that students in the west bank really do have to pass through these checkpoints every day - being delayed for hours and treated like so many non humans.
