Deadlifts

For more power off the floor in the deadlift start each rep from a dead stop. This will help overcome inertia and create starting strength. Movement can be overloaded with chains or can be done standing on mats for a longer ROM.

  • lol idiot is useing his toes as momentum, dumb bitch

  • Perfect form!

  • clearly stated that first reps were poor examples on purpose. did you listen to the video even?

  • you guys are crazy. the guy who is demonstrating is just showing you the principle and not showing you how to do a deadlift in terms of form.

I agree his form could use work. but it's clear that this weight isn't anywhere over a warm up weight for the demo guy.

  • horrible form, he looks down, his legs arent bent enough thus his back is so rounded. Make it straight lol.

  • lol is this a joke?

  • Horrible form. What is this shit?
