The Teddy Bear & Me

This is a poem my good MySpace friend Irene(Redheadgingerbread) wrote. I was so moved by it, I put it to music and then produced a beautiful animated/live action music video that illustrates the song through the use of my cartoon characters in our studio setting. The opening scenes were shot in The Akron Civic Theater, were I play the intro on the Wurlitzer pipe organ. The theater is one of the few "Atmospheric Theaters left in the country. The video then shifts to our studio were the cartoon characters I designed play the authentic cartoon likenesses of the actual instruments that produced the sounds in the music.
The cartoon characters represent the people in the song...
Miss Mousie, the little mouse represents the mother.

The little red haired girl "Teddy girl" represents the child.

Mr Frog, The frog represents me, the producer of the song and video,who wants to bring comfort and friendship.

The characters shed a little light on a sad situation. I originally created the frog as comment to post to my MySpace friends. He is a symbol of hope and friendship as well as a great entertainer.
