  • awfull obrupt burst finish on that guitar.

  • What color/finish is that?

And would you say that guitar stays in tune well, especially when playing alternate and open tunings?

  • This actually sounds really full and rich. I'd love to have one for outdoors play. Elderly instruments has a cargo RT for 999.00. I don't think you'll get much lower then that.

  • You can google CA guitars. I just scarfed another. They are going fast.

  • great sound bad price. not consumer friendly if anyone knows where i can pick up a CA guitar (not necessarily cargo), for three digits please let me know.

  • I just tried this guitar in a store. It does not feel like a toy. The 1.75 width nut is nice. Unplugged it sounds like a guitar not a plastic box. Plugged in its as good as any guitar twice its size. You would have no trouble doing gigs with this guitar. Add a touch of chorus here and there. The Gloss models seem to be richer in tone. GX HG is on the list. Then one of these maybe. Im selling a bunch of stuff also. LOL

  • This guitar will replace two of mine. I have an A&L cedar w electronics, and an A&L parlour cedar Ami that this one guitar will replace.

  • Great review. I'll second the fact that you can leave it in a hot car. On a trip this summer to Palm Springs, I left mine in the trunk even though was well over 100 degrees. I've also played it in the rain.

  • I played one CA guitar a few days ago and I never knew it would sounds so good. This guitar feels like it's MADE for you. Seriously I've never played a better sounding and felt guitar. I was also trying out some Taylors and Breedwood, but like this better. I do think that the natural wood sound is good but you have to really be caring on it, unlike CA where it's just good to go no matter what.

  • Sounds really good. But real wood is much sexier
