Synopsis

Fluid social change can only materialize if two circumstances are met. One, the human value system, which consists of our understandings and beliefs, must be updated and changed through education and thoughtful introspection. Two, the environment surrounding that value system must change to support the new world view. The interaction between a person's value system and their environment is what influences human behavior.

So if/when the current economic system fails and say Zeitgeist have 100 million supporters worldwide and TVP have 100,000 supporters what will happen? Jacque & Roxanne/TVP are the one's with the blueprints and the know how. Would Peter with his movement (100million strong) step aside and say "here you go Jacque go to work"?? Peter Joseph is a mega part to revealing the corrupting truths AND generating awarness but he isnt part of the solution. pls reply

@chloe290983 The short/sweet answer is yes, but of course it's more complicated then that.

I see it as a two sides of the same coin. TVP has broken things down using naturalistic causality to come upon a viable solution based on the earth and its resources. The other side of the coin in TZM, focusing on education/awareness which is essential in order to lead up to something like TVP.

Without understandings, we'll keep making biased decisions instead of arriving at a reasoned conclusions.

This idea appears to be against capitalism, but it doesn't offer a viable alternative.

Communism is even more corrupt than capitalism, so how should the new system of governance operate?

Yes, Capitalism is no good. There is no alternative in this video because it is the first of six in a series. The idea is to inform others of what our current situation IS, THEN let them in on another solution.

One can't understand the solution if they don't understand the problem.

No, this has nothing to do with Communism or Socialism or anything else people of the current day could compare it to.

"System of governance" This is the OPPOSITE of what we're proposing.

I personally also thought a RBE was utopian pipe dream when I first heard about it. But after reading, learning more, playing around with ideas Ive come to the conclusion that theres more good to it and although I dont agree on all details I think the challenge its worth exploring. I wasnt the fist to dismiss it prematurely as utopian and wont be the last, imo its almost normal to dismiss it at first because we are soaking in our present system its hard to evaluate very different alternatives

@JLANDIS1043 Capitalism has always been bad, but the discovery and use of over a billion liters of oil has done the work of 10 humans for every 1 human on the panet as far as energy use, which has made us wealthy. If it weren't for the waste inherent in capitalism we would actually be much richer by now. Capitalism just came at the right time (for it not us) and got the credit for making us wealthy (the 20% or so on earth who are at least) which really belongs to oil.

@TheFifthGreatApe I agree a machine based society is NOT COMMUNIST OR SOCIALIST as LABOUR

and the need to work, is not in this system. They ARE BASED on DAS KAPITAL.The only diference is the degrees of suffering in all these monetary systems.I have great hope the people of the world will see THAT MACHINES can set us all free, from the need to labour for Capitalists or Communists.NEGATIVE people do not seem to well read or have studied this subject. We only need the 100th monkey in this.
