Young Carers Festival 2010 - Having Fun

During the weekend of the 25th June over 1500 young people from across the country came to YMCA Fairthorne Manor for the 11th National Young Carers Festival, organised by The Children's Society and YMCA Fairthorne Manor. The weekend was packed full of fun activities, workshops and consultations for everyone to take part in.

As well as a return of the usual activities such as canoeing, high ropes, the football tournament, the bouncy pillow and the opportunity to take part in band-oke, the silent disco also returned from last year and was again a great success.
