  • I have HP Officejet J4660, it was working properly on xp... but since i brought new laptop with Windows 7 64x .... its always failed (installing software but no printer detection at all...) i updated the latest from windows ... downloaded the new software from website but still it doesnt work.. i tried a thousand time but never work, what should I do now... ? i went to HP Cust. Service so many time they always said there was nothing wrong with my hp until my guarantee over there is no solution.
