For some reason, my wife liked this one. Probably because of the cat. A quick video using AE CS3's Perspective Corner Pin tracker involving myself and my cat, Spike. I completely copied the picture frame idea, original can be seen here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q6WhSCdolYw

  • hey this video is NICE! Do you mind telling me if you used Mocha or not? And if not, what points did you track or did you do it manually? THANKS Good work!

  • @AnkelzFilms Thank You. Don't mind at all: No, I didn't use Mocha, just the standard tracking that comes with AE. I tracked the 4 inside corners of the picture on the wall using track type: Perspective Corner Pin- Then auto tracked it to the end- then apply resulting track to the footage you want to go inside the frame. Depending on the track (AE is not that good) alot of manual correction might be needed, but back then that's how I did it.

  • Hey its me, you may not remember me but, i cant make the video/image to go 3D like that. My point is when you moving your camera from one corner to another it looks like if it is parent to the wall, well i cant figure how to do so. I can only create X and Y. Thank you very much.

  • @chiter200: It sounds like your not choosing Perspective Corner Pin- try this: insert footage, open the tracker controls, choose Track Type: Perspective Corner Pin and track the 4 points in the footage where the corners of the other footage/picture/whatever need to go. When it finishes tracking, make the add-on footage the Target of the track. Whoo-La. Let me know if you still have questions.

  • good job man..i working on video too, kind of like this...CHECK OUT MY CHANNEL
