This is 50/50 toprock/c-walk..

A dance isn't solely defined by the moves but by the attitude and the manner in which the dancer executes them.

I could take a ballet move and make it hip-hop, just gotta change the attitude and and flavor.

This guy reeks of c-walk flavor, that's all there is to it. A half toprock is not toprock, GTFO
