How to reach the maximal stimulation of muscles of an abdominal tension? (RECOMMENDATION)
Supervise technics of exercise and comply with accompanying recommendations:
- feel an own rhythm - sometimes your favourite musical composition helps with it;
- use variability - сhange pace - more slowly - or more quickly and more sharply;
- аpply in the individual circular cycle (preliminary having strengthened frequency of cordial reductions) exercises on others muscular groups.
-was mandatory stretch a muscle of an abdominal tension after the first approach, using an output in the bridge or rockings laying on a stomach. - - In the future after the 16 00 protein (meat chicken fish seafood nuts) and foods high in fiber from fruits and vegetables
- - After 21 00 - only food rich in fiber (apples, cabbage, ....) And vegetable protein (nuts, hazelnuts and almonds)
- - And many drink-tea and herbal teas
