actually it wasnt clean blindsided without the puck and it kinda looked like there was an elbow so i think that isn't a clean hit

I'm not condoning this hit but Glencross can really move when he wants. This was a lackluster hit and quite frankly cannot be compared to some of the stuff that has already gone on. How about some consistency if they are going to tighten down on this stuff.

I am a Flames fan but Glencross should be serving 25 for this crap. The puck wasn't anywhere near Drury.

See, this is the problem. Too many comments are made by people who have been hit in the head too many times, creating a vicious cycle in which errrrryone's gettin' dummmma by the second.
Come on dudes, that was a cheap hit, no reason for that type of hit in the game. What purpose did it serve? Cheap shot, cheap hit, cheapened player reputation. Bad deal, good suspension.

Richards should've been suspended at least 5-6 game if this one is a 3 game suspension.

Glencross should be suspended indefinitely. It doesn't matter whether Drury had a prior concussion. This is an intent to injure and when a player didn't even have the puck. Hope Glencross gets sued because Drury is out indefinitely, perhaps for the season.

A head shot from behind and Drury didn't have the puck. This is the kind of crap that hurt people and is NOT part of the game. Glencross should consider himself very, very lucky to only get 3 games.
