Bill and Bill. Provo, provo!! A very innovative short piece. Well done. Great camera placement, movement and sound. I'm sure Gordo will agree. But I would like to know who chose the music? It was a perfect fit for the shot. The Bman.
I lived in Sidney for the 1st 19 years of my life and have alot of memories at that theatre. Such a shame what they did as far as getting rid of the movies and letting it go to shit. I remeber seeing the mayor there all the time watching movies by himself. I also remeber sneaking in the side door on the outside stairs to watch movies(atleast try to)lol!
Good times,Sidney has truely gone to shit now. All it has is BK Rootbeer stand to look forward to now
I'm guessing they'll take care of the mold smell before having actors down there! I'm glad someone that cares has control of it now. Do you know if here is a projector still up top they could show movies with on occasion?
I just went and hung out with the people that bought the Sidney theater and so for the balcony is not completely open. But they are fixing it up and soon will be. I also got to see the dressing rooms under the stage. It was pretty cool. But the whole place smelled like mold lol.
I grew up in sidney ohio and wish I had the money to buy this building when it sold for $150,000. I read it is being renovated for plays and special events, yay! It looks like a portion of the lower level seats towards the front have been removed? But thankfully the balcony has been opened up again! It was walled off and made into 2 more theater screens in the early 80's.
sidney sucks lived their for my whole life and the only cool things here now are the spot and just mainly all down town
