How to do a "hard reset" on the C. Crane CC Witness

If you run into a big problem on the CC Witness, like it freezing or somthing, then you can do a "hard reset" which usually fixes the problem. Doing a hard reset will also erase all files, timers, and settings, so be careful to back your files up first.

i have had mine for almost two years and love it. I use it at work all the time. I'm wondering though if there is an audio version of the manual? I am visually impaired and want to learn more about mine.
