The Electric Power Research Institute, a nonprofit research organization for the electric power industry, held a groundbreaking on Friday for a solar-assisted electric vehicle charging station that will be built at its West Knox County office.

  • eletric cars take up like 1 megawatt so its not so cost effeciant but it does help the enviroment sorta exept that if its eletric them the power plants will have to generate more electricity to run them so i guess its ok for the earth

  • So they will make everything incompatible unless you buy from them. This must be broken down by legislature and consortium. The one who makes car, don't make roads. Govt should divide production blue print into components so various parts suppliers are available to the public as soon as possible.
