Yeah. It was always owned by Air Methods aka Mercy Air. They used this name to get into the Las Vegas valley without appearing to be part of the huge Mercy Air bad name/reputation. They hired a bunch of Clark County firefighter/paramedics to staff it and painted it to match CCFD's colors. CCFD in turn would dispatch Air Life to all County calls over Valley Hospital's Flight For Life. It was the beginning of the end for Flight For Life and the start of Mercy Air's dominance in Southern Nevada.
