Found this on that other video site but uploaded here because this just NEEDS to be seen.
Original description: It takes a special kind of video to get you to ignore the fact that clown robbers are destroying a bank (or hospital?). All the frozen action is so cool that it doesn't matter what's going on. I just want to know how they did it. And if they figured out how to freeze time, if they'll let me play, too.

they have used a lot of cameras (not movie cameras) from every single angle and used vanishing point + bullet time effects to create it. Every picture is taken at the same time and they have recreated the scene using all of the photographs

@n0ztic that's what they did in the matrix, but for this it's just the actors staying still while the camera moved around them.
