Great hobby. I ride too. In another vid u replied. h2o vapour crack at 5000' My question ? Does pressure make a difference??It must. Perhaps, in an ICE, or your toy. What kind of pressures are obtainable in this engine? Ever tried hooking up an h2o electolyser to it ? Fun hobby too. Take care. get ear muffs b4 u r deaf.

you know every neighbor is staring

Yup, every neighbor was staring today for sure! What better way to celebrate memorial day though, than to fire up the jet bike which is a tribute to our military personel everywhere! I think it was the afterburner that got everyones attention, ha-ha! Just a few more tests this coming weekend, then I can take it out to the country for a test drive. I'm looking forward to it.

Your bike is sweet! But did you know there's already a steet legal one you can buy? The Y2k jet bike? But i'm impressed with what you built.

Oh yeah, I know the guys over at Marine Turbine that build them. This is an experiment to see if it can be built on a much smaller budget though. Also, I wanted to fit the engine into a tiny frame, as well as make it thrust powered instead of powering the rear wheel. The Y2K bike is impressive if you can afford the $200,000 price tag, but since I can't afford that this is the way to go for me.

Do your neighbors get man from the noise?

NAh, the neighbors don't really mind the noise since we live right next to a major airport anyway. I am moving the shop to a new location now, and I will have to see how the new neighbors feel about the noise.
