I have a za1200 amp n it's barely moving my subwoofer.(10" sw8010) I swapped the amp out with my buddies RF 500watt and it pounds like crazy. What could be wrong with my amp?

hey Seth my man i have the xa 1000 the older version of this xa1200 monoblock amp. i have a question it works great bangs the crap out of my subs but when i turn my sub control up on my deck itll shut off like its going into protect mode or something you have any idea why???

no on the back and they were brand new in a mtx box and mtx wire terminal said 2ohms and it is possible and i ran the amp briged

It is impossible to wire 3 speakers rated at 4 ohms into 2 ohms.

No. you can run 2 of them in parallel wiring and each will get 300w RMS
