Performing on Sydney's Channel 9. Host Brian Henderson does not mention the Beatles by name, because they are still unknown, unlike the Bee Gees. It is actually the biggest compliment to both bands to compare so go ahead. BTW, the Bee Gees are yet to make recordings, so this is prior to their first release. They are still a novelty television act.

  • Long live the Beatles and Beejees and etc.

  • the middle brother of the Bee Gees looks like John Lennon with his hair the way it is haha that's funny

  • Is Barry wearing Billy Bob teeth?

  • @ilsy74 I remember. It was on my list of favorites, and suddenly... What a shame! I can't understand why they did it. Other songs from the same album are still here. Maybe it's something personal. :-(. Thanks for your attention..

  • lovely : ) can't stop watching

  • @JerichoDitch2 The beatles should be sued for murdering please mr postman and twist and shout! I believe the Beatles were the most over rated group of the 60's!

HOWEVER......that being said MANY groups did cover versions at the same time back than. There could be 3-4 versions of one hit song on the charts at the same time. No big deal.

  • @shaftsbury94 How deep is your hate? Are you offended by their fame during the disco years? Get a life, man, 'cause The Bee Gees are flippin' awesome in music.

  • brilliant - John Lennon loved this cover
