  • ummm why are you not at the hospital?

  • I wanted to wait to see if it was really labor cuz i live over half hour away. i would hate to get there to be sent home..

  • The hospitals send you right back home if you're not far enough along - your contractions should be 4 minutes apart for 1 minute each or so...any sooner, and you'll just be walking around the hospital taking up space. I figure she's waiting until she's at the right stage of labor.

  • That was what my mom told me.. I tookher advice cuz she had 4 kids..lol plpus i had went to the hospital like 4 weeks before with false labor and my haspital was like over half hour away. plus i got to eat. cuz once u get there and they hook u up you cant eat.. and trust me i was there for 10 hours b4 i had her and i was starving.lol

  • @cricketsmomma, Im just watching your videos and you should be so proud of yourself for being so strong and doing it all on your own... Good job girl you gave me inspiration thank you...!

  • Oooh - did it really hurt when you had to push?

  • Another bit of advice for you mommies to be...ask for a squat bar and push from the squatting position if you are able. It speeds up the process by using gravity and your muscles are geared toward pushing the baby out. It makes a difference!

Great video, thanks for sharing! Congrats on your baby!

  • Hmmm, I am guessing maybe someone in this family is a labor nurse?

  • She is right, if you get nervous about labor it will be ten times worse. It really is painful, but it doesn't last. And remember to breathe. Good luck and you will be fine!
