Cleaning a Speckled Trout

This is how I filet speckled trout, or spotted seatrout as it's also called... I know there are some folks that are faster, and some will wonder why I switch filet knives... well, its just how I do it, and I hope it helps someone see how easy it is to filet these fish. I am just passing along some of the helpful hints that I have discovered that it makes the process much smoother.

Speckled trout is some of the sweetest fish out there! It's one of my favorites to catch and eat!
