Once upon a time, Katie has a paper due on Friday. She got a lot accomplished. None of it had to do with the paper. She has a skinned knee to prove it.

I love you. I love that you wore your headband as a ninja sweat band. I love that you fell doing ninja moves (although I do not love that you actually got hurt!!). I love that you were wearing dark blue, black, brown, and gray at the same time. And I love that I got to see your face finally! For the first time in months!!

If I could speak to my former self I would tell myself not to wear bright socks that don't match the rest of my outfit...actually...I still do that...

i would tell my former self to embrace the homo. earlier on. and don't take my education for granted. :D also, to completely contradict that statement, I would tell my former self to propose to lori and her bright socks. we'd have made some awesome toilet paper smelling, bright sock wearin', homos with crooked teeth babies. :)
