She is pandering to the 70% of Americans who can relate on an intellectual level with her. The actual intelligent 30% of Americans are completely beside themselves, wondering if thier countrymen will ever get a fucking education!

You can't prove your own age, that you know your parents, or that you are actually touching the ground. All of these things also require faith. There is, however, overwhelming evidence to support whatever conclusion you come to, despite any absurdities. The evidence:absurdity ratio of evolution (to most people) is considerably higher than that of intelligent design.

There's literally not one nobel prize laureate who accepts intelligent design.

"There are hundreds and hundreds of scientist, many of whom are holding nobel prizes who believe in intelligent design."

This has been proven false numerous times. Most nobel scientists do not believe in intelligent design and most prominent scientists do not believe in it. In fact, quite a bit of our newest biotechnology is dependant on the existence of evolution. You can even see it first hand on a bacterial level.

Just because the human eye from a perspective of just that (without a picture of eyes beforehand), it does seem complex.

It's really not. Darwin examined eyes of other organisms to see how what he would consider our complex eyes come from change of other organisms simpler eyes.
