Tina, I will say it does look quite exciting. I would very much and have always thought about trying it. But, what kind of swimmer should I be? Thanks for posting this video.

Hey Tiger, in the great scheme of things you don't need to worry about 'swim' techniques. Once tried, if you like it, then you can always take some swimming lessons.
For your safety and comfort, it is required that you know how to swim.
Enjoy it and above all, take your time!

I've been diving for 20 years and must say, I enjoy every bit of it each time I go. So contact a local diveshop and sign up for the Open Water course. Let us know how it goes.
