Jazz Jam
Take all the elements of Jeremy's Rhythm & Groove class and add some of the hot jazz styling that Jeremy is known for; this class will have you moving to a whole new beat. The warm-up is a mix of hip hop and jazz stretching, strengthening and coordination exercises. The choreography itself is very much a cardio-vascular workout, but will have you looking like a professional. Moves that are easy to do that just look hard. Each week features a new routine choreographed to current popular music. Jeremy's choreography and enthusiasm will have you feeling like you are in music video in no time.Rhythm & Groove has gone jazzy!
