  • I never practiced or studied any Buddhist schools, instead I walked my own solitary path.

I read bits here and there.. A Course in Miracles, Eckhart Tolle, Bhagavad Gita, Bible, Qu'ran.

I started, a week or 2 ago, to simply allow the flow of what is, without casting blame and guilt.

I realized that most participation in ''life'' that is without loving intent, will cause me and others suffering... and identifying with thoughts is part of this.

Love without condition is my means to not suffer.

  • This is a wonderful exposition of Bodhicitta as complete freedom from fear and habitual conditioning: captures the essence if practitioners has had the glimpse of experiential Bodhicitta; it always comes with extraordinary bliss. Thank you Ven. Pema Chodron.
