You don't have to be competing in The World's Strongest Man to do strongman training! It's fun, challenging, and most important gets results!! Ryan has lost 22 pds (and counting) in 2 months and just passed the physical fitness test for the sheriffs dept. His wife, Leah is getting leaner and stronger every workout! She lifts heavy and works hard! See ladies, lifting heavy DOES NOT make you "bulky"!! If you want resutls and some outside the box training here it is!!
