all my windows and also the windshield 5% tinted. I drove and got pull over in soo many states and tthey can't ticket me. i got 9 pull-overs in NYC for tinted windows. go to a well known Doctor n just tell him u have photo-phobia. my uncle is an optometrist and he let me slide with some slips.

@rahkshifan99 Not just for tinted windows. The cop mentions "prowling" also. Jordan, the guy in the car, was ticketed for snooping around homes. At 4:01 the cop says "...burglarize... selfish... good luck Jordan." then walks away. I suspect Jordan's a photographer on a paparazzi mission and he got busted for trespassing, again. Peaceout.

you didn't have to sign the ticket. you also don't have to accept any paper work as you are not obliged to do so. remain silent till you speak with a lawyer at all fucking times douchebag and you were not even under arrest. what a pushover .. outsmarted by 2 tranny cops lol

@rahkshifan99 if they are too dark, yes. i have been ticketed for tinted windows before. in california the rear windows can be tinted to your liking but the fronts may only be tinted to 25% i believe was the law.
