I really admire this lady. I think she's gorgeous. I was thumbing through one of her health books... she's got some great philosophies on health, but she recommends no dairy...
Aside from the fact I love dairy, I'm weary of any regular diet that suggests eliminating a food group. It's unnecessary unless that group disagrees with you *personally*... everyone is different and that kind of advice is a bit irresponsible, but... other than that I admire her dedication to health.

I knew this woman's sister, Cristal -- who graduated from the Polack Chicago school, Madonna High school in Chicago.
How pedestrian both of them.
Mary Lou left the U of Chicago for a defunct acting career and the younger sister became a bitchy New York banker.
Believe me, there are nicer Chicago Catholic School girls.
