@MrAna811 You will always have access to the tub from beneath. If something ever needs maintenance you could disconnect the drain and lift the tub up and access it the motor from underneath. If you install it in the upper store of your home you could also create an access panel in the ceiling underneath the tub.

How will you have access to motor if it messes up. Once installed it's very tedious work to remove all plumbing and piping.
