llene Meyer was born in Seattle, Washington in 1940. She is a self-taught artist, who was inspired by her mother's drawings as a child. She began showing her surreal oil paintings in Washington and California in the 1970's. She paints in the Salvador Dali and Pablo Picasso style, but with more life and feeling. She makes her paints come alive with her use of light, color, shadows and "all the details".

I agree with megansspark: this is a great way to view great art. The music is beautiful. Just checked Thomas Newman on rhapsody: didn't realize he did some of the music in American Beauty. Many thanks: keep it up!

Even if I could watch the paintings in the most famous museum in the entire world I would prefer your videos, because you add the most brilliant fitting music to them, making the colours so absolutely perfect, and all forms of creations within the paintings, the worlds of perfectionism, expressionism, feelings, connections, creativity, freedom...
It is all together the best of the best and needs a special favourite-box to add them, your pearls, your diamonds, your jewels, so precious for me...
