It looks like a Behringer B-1 studio condenser microphone. This type of mic needs a 45v power supply and is used in recording studios and for radio broadcasting.
This type of mic is very sensitive and is mounted on an elastic suspension to eliminate vibration noise that can travel from the floor and up the mic stand.
