I was never in MK. After a director tried to recruit me, I decided to study the training documents your leaders turn out (over 400 of them) and draw my own conclusions.
I don't believe in letting people go into situations ignorant. If a woman can gain more information about the upline's practices and teachings BEFORE she signs an Agreement, she will go into recruiting interviews better prepared. If she still chooses to do MK, at least she will know what practices to avoid.

I agree, that if you have questions you should ask. However, you don't have to go around to different Mary Kay posts, and plug your website either. Let people have their own experiences, and learn from them. Just because yours wasn't so great, doesn't mean that someone else's won't be.

It's never a "hateful" thing to question and challenge the practices and teachings of your NSDs. :)
