bleaching hair platinum or white

go from black/ dark brown to platinum

-u can find almost all these products at ur local sally beauty supply store

-gloves
-brush
-plastic bowl
-30 volume developer ( any brand would work)
-Lightening activators (clairol professional) (3 per session)
-7th stage creme hair lightenenr (clairol professional)

-dumb blonde stuff u can find @ cvs
-manic panic dye can be found @ sally's, but they might not carry the virgin snow color, so you might have to buy online

apply equal parts 30 volume developer and hair lightener along with 2-3 packets of lightening activators to clean, towel-dried hair. apply to roots last!!!
leave in for 35-45 mins with plastic cap.
rinse well with warm water and condition.
use hair mask or hair reconstructor to put back lost protein.

repeat bleaching process 1 or 2 more times, until your hair reaches a pale yellow color.

use toner to get rid of the yellow, leaving it platinum/white.
make sure not to leave in for too long , or you will have a purple-y tone to your hair. :D :D
