  • Coconut oil is beneficial to health. It can help with metabolism, the immune system, weight loss, kidney problems and so much more. I don't know why you'd say it can clog up your insides. It's one of the only oil's that's stable when heated at high temperatures too.

    Other than that, entertaining info.

  • Be careful with recommending all this fiber! It's true that most Americans do not get enough, but remember to tell people to add fiber gradually and to stay under the limit or they'll have other digestion issues.
