I couldn't beat him on the 1st try. I am leveling up at the moment trying to get all augments and teckniks. Does anyone know wich weapons, accessories and armour i'll need and what level do i need to be at?

dude tis boss was so dang easy i used 2 ark blast chain abilities and he parished tis was the second easiest boss i faced rafflesia killer is alot harder then tis dragon

Actually it was stubborness or determination or something along the line. with my characters at that level the battle took like an hour and 10 mins. I had no life that day lol

Has anyone here ever used quickingsn that led up to like 10 hits and you only got ____ MUCH damage WTF!

Dude that`s luck.Most of my characters are 22 and I can`t even do it.Larsa is Lvl 16 though lol!

I beat him with level; 19 Vaan; 18 Larsa; 17 Basch and everyone else level 16

This battle can be made easier by:
1. Making sure everyone has a shield(and gauntlets if u have them)l. To raise the chance to block his attacks.
2. Using Charge to keep your MP reserves high.
3. Not letting Larsa die or get disabled-even though its cheap Larsa's unlimited hi/x-potions make him an invaluable player in this battle.
4. Use any quickening chains or espers (if you get lucky you can use Charge to max out your MP and keep using quickenings and espers.)

level up before i hand,i knew the mines where going to be difficult-ish so i got everyone level 3 quickenings and up to lvl 25 before hand...
