The one with Bats and the K ring? It's from Superman annual issue 3 from 1991. Batman actually kills Supes in that story.

And? Batman could pump a load of his signature HOME MADE Kryptonite through the vents at the Daily Planet, or send Clark a Kryptonite covered Christmas card in the post. He could pop some on the back of a missile and giggle as Supes gets it in the face as he tries to stop the rocket. Batman too can launch an attack from a distance, making your "point" a little impotent to say the least.

Rendering kryptonite useless. Or he could fly out to Mars and push the whole planet into the Earth, destroying both planets and that pathetic rich playboy with them.
