This is related to my saving private ryan video I did a while ago, but with the music 'Hymn to the fallen' with the request from WarmongerT101
I used call of duty, medal of honor airborne and brothers in arms footage.
Hope you enjoy!

  • This is a beautiful video. I love John Williams' music but why did you use MoH for the climactic part of the music? I feel like the scene from BiA: Road to hill 30 where Legget dies would have been a better scene to use.

  • Totally agree with you but i used that scene on one of my other videos (look on my channel) and i didn't want to go overusing it.

  • Ohh I see. Still, MoH has never struck me as a totally realistic and emotionally touching game. BiA and CoD4 have been much better at this.

  • Yeah you're probably right, cheers for the feedback

  • No prob. Oh by the way, that MGS music video you made was also great! Where did you find that music?

  • i downloaded it off a site a while ago, the name escapes me though i'm afraid

  • I almost agree with you, except for in MoH Frontline during that "Ahrnem Knights" mission. Trying to fight a losing battle with that sad song in the background... (shakes head).

And the writings of Jack Barnes in MoH Spearhead... mainly the poetry pieces.

  • the fallen soldiers have really given us a gift, a gift of honor and loyalty

see all

  • BIA 4EVER!!! YEAH, THAT'S RIGHT!!!!

  • BIA is the most emotional game in my opinion, cuz I cried at every single death and even my brother almost cried

  • srsly we need call of duty airborne

  • @ABCMeEFG that was beautiful my and well said i have to say

  • I have always preferred WW2 games over modern combat games because they were more intense and there was more loyalty between the men. Yea, there is action and stuff in modern shooters like COD 4 and MW2, but it doesn't make you go like "holy crap, I gotta get to cover, holy crap! (seeing tons of people running getting shot and blowing up from grenades left and right.)" No modern shooter will have that kind of intensity. I dont think even the new MOH will have it, still looking forward to it :)

  • when i first played brothers in arms, i thought it sucked because i didn't use any tactics. i recently picked it up again with some knowledge of tacitical maneuvers on the hardest difficulty and then you have a sudden respect for the real men because you know what they went through. the game is so realistic i think to myself it really must have been hell on earth for these brave men.

  • all those man who died for freeing the netherlands, are true heroes im from holland at myself thanks soldiers and veterans.

  • great video

  • At the start of the vid, that was not what Red and Corrion said in Earned in Blood. Corrion just said: That took a while. Red replied with this: Got a lot on my mind Sam.

  • Well, lets just say that, he died in a blaze of glory. At least in the end you destroy the tankas that killed him.
