The tune is called "narcissus". There is actually lyrics for it that wasn't in the game, written by the composer... I think they're pretty good.

Google for 'jon hare narcissus' and click the first result if you want to hear them!

Gog.com releases vintage game titles that have been out of sale for years and optimizes them for the new windows systems. A lot of good stuff there.

@rafikx I wish to add here that Sgt. Bilko (check Cannon Fodder intro if You don't remember) died in 2007. He was the man behind music in many (if not the most) of Sensible Software games.
