  • Fine! The crappy plug wires were decoys to confuse the difference between gas and diesel in runaway by a bunch of smartasses.

  • @TheAuzzyLife Yeah, his electricity bill is almost 10 grand this month.

  • @RiderLiving They looked like plug wires with rubber caps and they said it's still running without a distributor. However, It does indeed sound like a diesel though. i don't know. Don't care as it's now time FOR A NEW CAR!!!!! Badadahdh BLING BLING....

    Just pay your slave taxes.

  • @gavincurtis

Diesels have no spark plugs or distributor.

  • @EgyptianKid22

Diesels burn cleaner than Petrol engines... a little smoke isn't going to hurt nothing....It turns into soot and settles to the ground.

  • @Polybun

True indeed....Known as a run away diesel.. I saw a guy overfill the crank case with oil in a Detroit 6V53 Two stroke diesel... Needless to say, it ran away.... They got it stopped only by using a CO2 extinguisher and doused the intake.. That fucker was buzzing high..They were able to save the engine only because they got it shut off in time and knew what to do to shut it off... had they not it would have launched parts from here to mars

  • I have never seen "glow plugs" which look exactly like spark plugs, nor "glow plug leads" which are as thick as spark plug leads. Amazing for a gasoline engine to run without spark! Maybe the engine got so hot the gasoline started igniting by itself. And for everyone`s information, glow plugs on a diesel engine heat up for a while only when you turn the ignition on, they do not heat up when the engine is running.

  • love how he calmly shuts it off with beer

  • @gavincurtis They were most likely the glow plug wires, diesel don't have spark plugs and they don't need glowplugs either when they're warm.

  • @Polybun Looks like he pulled off the distributor wires for spark plugs.

  • the throttle didn't stick open, it has no throttle. It's a diesel, and it's running on it's own engine oil, which as far as any diesel cares, hot motor oil is just as good as #2 diesel.

  • @EgyptianKid22 meh, who cares

  • CO2 extinguisher in the air intake, or put it in top gear

  • @Dude13450 cause it's a diesel

  • Put it in gear and do the biggest skyhill jump ever

  • @Dude13450 Looks like a petrol engine to me too! old carburetor petrol engines can run on once the ignition is turned off, so long as the engine is turning it will suck in fuel and air and if there is some carbon build up in the cylinder or such, this can give enough heat to keep the engine running. (same way rc car engines work)

Had an old tuned mini that used to keep running but very lumpily once turned off, got in the habit of stalling it in gear as i turned the ignition off.

  • @Andre609 i was talking about the old diesels already running :)

Like this one (probably) mostly full mechanical, you see.. with my passat if i take out the battery, everything dies because only mechanical things in it are the pistons and some other heavy parts ^^

  • @Dude13450 compression.... it'd be a good idea to read up on diesels, very interesting differences from gasoline engines.

  • @TeamPlacki lol if you're talking about glowplugs, diesels really dont need them unless it's really cold, and when it's hot the glowplugs aren't even used at all when starting up or running, just heat from the compression. And if you disconnected the battery on an electronic injection pump system it will fail, unlike the diesel in this video which is fully mechanical.

  • Still better than the newest peugeot or citroen

  • @Dude13450 Can you recognize the shound? This is a diesel engine, spark plugs dont really make sparks, they just warm up the head before the start and then they dont do anything. The combustion starts because of the rising pressure in the combustion space, not because of sparks.

  • you can't really kill diesel on running, even when you take out the spark plugs (i know theese are not spark one but the different ones, cant remember ^^) and even when you take out the car battery the diesel will still work because it is high pressure engine so it doesnt explodes its fuel each time the cylinder reaches head gasket but it compresses the fuel and explodes it each time which makes it unkillable.. (i know that more than billion people will dont understand a word from what i said)

  • Poor Car.
