@LiterateNigger I see where you're coming from, but that doesn't happen in every business. There are a lot out there that operate honestly and treat their customers and employees fairly. The ones that don't, shouldn't be in business. If you're employed at a business like that, then leave, or start your own and run it honestly so this dishonest business operation can decrease. So many people complain, but don't provide any solutions. Don't be one of those and you'll be a lot more respected.
@LiterateNigger True, but with bad customers, you have no profit. Good customers supply you with work that will actually allow the business to make money. You would think with the word literate in your username that you could come up with better words than harsh cursing.
I could not have said it better myself. Customers that are keeping you "busy" really aren't letting you take full advantage of your time or energy. I've worked in a retail store, and cleaning up dressing rooms is not at all the best use of my time.
When I imagine how many customers I could have helped instead of putting a shirt up that a customer could have easily done their self, it makes me think how much money that store could have made, instead of straggling like it still is today.
I understand this, a bad customer brings low margin, take time away from your good customers and makes stress. There is a big diffrence in selling and making profit, if a bad custoemer is causing this much problems, as a company you got to as if you wish to keep on doing bussiness with them as they are costing you too much.....
I wish dept. stores took your advice.

Look after you good customers, get ride of your bad customers, as they are bringing low profit or negative margin.
