no...its an L4..the pickup is next to the neck (a 175 has a space between pup and neck) and also it has the L4 tailpiece and inlay on the bridge...175s have no inlay there...other than the solid top, not much diff though
@BurnElectric yes...u c it even though you call him a "crazy old man". perhaps you mean it as a term of endearment? i've just never heard it said that way. i'm not sure why you say his mastery-tough. Tough work to get there i guess. Oh maybe a typo? Whatever...not important, no big deal. I certainly agree true musicians always keep learning and growing. Let's wish the old fellow all the best. ~*~
@UnitedEffect yeah, i read bout the stroke some two years ago. you're glad i see his mastery TOUGH? :)) "stepping back" means slowing down, laying low, etc, not that he's declining as a player. true musicians always grow, no mystery here
@BurnElectric Check out his latest DVD Solo Guitar Concepts...he's stepped up NO DOUBT! Since that DVD he's had a stroke, relearning to play again...but he's quite happy to just have a pencil and some manuscript paper to continue writng creative music. No small feat. I'm glad you see his mastery though(o; Peace...
