Not how the "free" healthcare works. Money goes there, pays for it, no loss for the government. Only difference, the rich, who pay more taxes due to it being percentual, while the poor, who suffer a very minor rise in taxes, now has the possibility to get healthcare that they need desperately.
High Taxes is not a bad thing.
