'Pirate Queen' is the second track out of the forthcoming album 'Pirate Queens' by Out Of The Blue', a musical project dedicated to pirate women! Available on Itunes from June 2011.
Unique in its kind, 'Pirate Queens' is a collection of songs about women who really existed, and then went on to become pirates fighting side by side with the legendary pirates of their time, leaving an indelible mark in the history of piracy. Somewhere between folk and pop, 'Pirate Queens', is played with acoustic guitars, violins, double-basses, percussions and more unusual chains, blades, wood and waves can also be heard between energic rhythms and cinematic atmospheres.
