Clearly those were just dogs/wolves with malnutrition, or that's just what that particular breed looks like.

They cant be dogs, dogs legs aren't shaped in that form? They have to be a cross breed between something like a wolf with a wallaby or kangaroo?

They are just dogs with skin diseases and barely fed, probably wild dogs that dont eat much and are sick with something...
